If your order arrives anything less than perfect — we understand that accidents can happen, — please let us know. If the item is unused and unwashed, we will arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.

We recommend washing your bed linens and towels on a gentle cycle at a low temperature 30-40°C, using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the fabric and affect the colour over time.
